I bought these because I'm allergic to silicone. This was the perfect prayer of ear buds until they weren't. I started having issue with charging around the eight month mark. I used them too cycle shop I could hear my surroundings but the right bud only stayed charged for half the ride. Iced had them now for two years and the right ear bud only stayed charged now for about 10 minutes and the left one dies soon after. I wanted to love these and I did at first. Please work on the charging. I would purchase again.

I've purchased two pairs of these since 2022. I like them very much but they just don't last. For the $180 price point, I need to have them longer than 2 years. I won't be buying a third pair.

Subscription to headphones that I own? That's crazy. Also a lot of connection issues when the app updated, and now headphone don't hold a charge while i. The case possible bad batteries? $180 and they don't even last a whole year plus lots of issues. Love the fit and sound quality is sufficient.

I do not plan on buying Sony products again based on my experience with these headphones. I went through three pairs with constant issues. They were always good with replacements, but the product is severely flawed regardless of getting a new one. Problems connecting, one going quiet whole the other goes crackly. If you drop them the case just opens and the earbuds go flying. The only positive thing I can say and the reason I bought them was for the comfort/fit of the style. I liked how they fit, but when I got a different brand I threw these away instantly...i was listening to one earbud at the end.

Got them in February, I try to give things time to see if problems can be fixed, but this is it. Don't leave reviews but this is too much. Buds can barely keep connection to my phone when I put it in my pocket, barely keeps connection anyways, constantly says both bids are connected but only plays out of one side, constant distorted sounds, has had what sounds like some chirping alarm go off, and it's time to throw them away. Not worth the exorbitant amount of money. Could've found something better at 5-Below.

I have trouble with noise cancelling ear buds, found these and they work so seamlessly. These buds give all the comfort and functionality as noise cancelling buds without feeling like you're underwater and have to remove one just to hear yourself talk.

El sonido es bastante bueno, el micrófono aún mejor, de lo mejor que he tenido de hecho, pero muy incómodo y se cae bastante. Además cuando se te va a caer intentas recolocoarlo y muchas veces cuelgas sin querer

Son muy buenos, es la tercera vez que los compro porque perdí las otras 2

Excelente producto y muy seguro para la calle, puedes escuchar lo externo, le doy 4 por el agarre las gomas no sostienen al 100

Great ear bud. Fits snuggly and sound is acceptable for intended use. I use them whilst cycling so I can stay aware of my surroundings. Unfortunately battery life is dreadful. Barely 3 1/2 hours from fully charged to dead. Will continue to use these on my short rides but stick with my soundcore aerofit, which have astonishing battery life, for my day rides

Buenas, hace un mes el auricular derecho empezo a escucharse como parlante roto, sobre satura el sonido, tal vez los presioné mucho al querer colocarlos y se rompió, necesito saber si tiene arreglo?

Compré este producto el mes pasado porque me pareció novedoso el tipo de audio que tiene, es decir escuchar tu música sin perderte de tu entorno y estar atento. Pero no me siento muy contento los audífonos se caen de mi oreja a pesar de haber cambiado de almohadillas, no se sujeten bien por si solas y se tiene que estar acomdando a cada rato para que no se caiga incluso con ñabores tan simple como caminar, cosa que en el video promocional muestran que eso no pasa, también el alcance del Bluetooth se corta como a las 5 m cuando dice que tiene alcance hasta 10m. Considero que este producto tiene que tener muchas mejoras, no vale el precio que tiene. No es lo que esperé.

Excelente producto son cómodos me gusta su nitidez. Lo recomiendo

Compre estos auriculares hace un tiempo y estoy muy contento y sorprendido por la calidad de estos equipos, muy prácticos y cómodos. Los llevo siempre conmigo y cuando quiero usarlos, los saco del estuche, me los coloco y a disfrutar del buen sonido sin perderme lo que pasa en mi alrededor. Puedo conversar sin sacarme el auricular o escuchando música a la vez. Genial...

Muy mala configuración y confusa, la página oficial no es capaz de explicar con claridad la configuración, además después de aplicar los pasos según la página sin seguridad de que se aplicaron correctamente solo se escuchan de un solo lado y no se si es por configuración o que están defectuosos. No los recomiendo.

Me resultaron incomodos a las orejas. Estoy acostumbrado a auriculares True Wireless y estos no los pude tener puestos mas de 10 minutos. Además, me costó mucho emparejarlos con el teléfono. Tengo los Wh-1000xm4 y esos los pude emparejar sin problemas. Pero lo peor de mi experiencia es el proceso de devolucion del producto. Lo solicite a los 3 días de haber recibido los auriculares y llevo 10 dias de intentar que Sony los retire. Sin dudas no volveré a comprar en Sony online y probablemente tampoco en tiendas Sony.

El producto me resultó cómodo y como idea es muy buena, pero la duración de la batería es muy mala. EN UN AÑO NO SIRVE MÁS EL PRODUCTO, la vida útil de la batería es de un año, los cuidé mucho, pero pensé que iban a servir más. Al año de uso, el tiempo de carga de los auriculares baja un montón, pero al año y dos meses el derecho solo dura 30 minutos si lo terminás de cargar, porque sinó se descargan solos y cuando los usas no tienen batería. Una tristeza que dure tan poco.

Only two months I lost the right side piece, have been looking for it. Want to use the left ear piece, but can't because it won't work without the right side.

I like everything about these headphones except for the awful battery life. These barely last 2 hours on a full charge. Not even close to the stated time of 5+ hours.

I bought these primarily for running, so the open ear design allows a little ambient noise in which is helpful to hear road traffic, or race marshal instructions, whilst still maintaining excellent sound quality. I have small ears so always struggle with in-ear buds just being too big but these are very small and come with a really big selection of rubber fitment bands to secure into any ear size. I've been using these for over 2 years and never had any connection problems across three different phones. They always connect and always play in sync, without any breakup or distortion.

I really liked the design and case on these open earbuds but I don't know if it's my ear shape or something else but I constantly have to readjust these in my ear for them to stay put no matter what size of the rubber loop I place on the buds. However, easily the worst part(and the reason I decided to return) is the touch controls. I've never had a pair of earbuds with more inconsistent touch controls. I spent multiple weeks hoping I would master the finger positioning and every time I thought I was getting the hang of it I would lose all control and be relegated to relentlessly fingering the earbud to no avail. Sometimes my earlobes would even activate them out of the blue. This really sucks as these earbuds are competitively priced with good sound quality and are so comfortable you can forget their in your ear but I just got worn down over time.
