Bought these almost 4 months ago, and I WFH. They are great at canceling out back ground noise for you using the headset, but not your background noise while talking to clients. Clients tell me they can hear everything, from typing to a bird chirping outside. Trying to find something that is much better. Hate I spent all this money for them not to cancel out my background noise for my clients. They are comfortable but do not recommend for working at home.

I bought these a couple of weeks ago, and so far, so good. For the price point, I was looking for something with a bit more punch, although they offer crystal-clear sound, which is what you want & they can be adjusted in the Inzone app via a PC download, but as far as I'm aware cannot be transferred the settings over to the ps5. These just seemed a bit flat for me in the bass section via Bluetooth, not gaming. Now, I do have hearing problems, so that could just be me. That being said, they do feel top-tier, lightweight, and comfortable, flip to mute mic, The noise cancellation is excellent with great 360 Spatial Sound, with a whopping 30 hours of battery life. The microphone seems a bit flat. All in all, great immersive sound quality, very comfortable, great design, great drivers leading from the xm series which make these great also.

This headset will not stay in my head if I’m doing anything other than sitting still! I try to do chores wearing these and I can’t change position at all otherwise they’re falling off. They make me look like I work for air traffic control and are certainly overpriced for what they are.

Lo compré hace un par de semanas y me parece demasiado caro para lo que ofrece. Lo pintan todo muy bien pero al final no se nota la diferencia con respecto a otros que valen menos de la mitad

Dude mucho tiempo en comprar estos auriculares. Primero por el precio. Segundo por el famoso problema de la diadema que "se desarma" y por algunos otros problemas que leí en algunas reviews. Finalmente en un night sale me animé y los compré con un descuento. Y la verdad no me arrepiento. Son muy cómodos, livianos, el noise cancelling es genial, micrófono decente, batería media justa con el ANC encendido pero la aislación pasiva si no estás en un entorno con mucho ruido es suficiente. Leí algunas criticas sobre que el plástico se siente barato, y si, la verdad que no se siente como algo premium pero a mi la verdad no me disgusta. Tiene una superficie "rugosa" (apenas) que hace que no queden los dedos marcados (al contrario de mis WH1000XM5 de plástico "mas premium" pero es un imán para las marcas de dedos). La comunicación con el dongle es bastante rápida, pero tiene corto alcance. Esta mas que bien para gaming, pero, por ejemplo, por ahí me levanto a la cocina a buscar agua y ahí nomás empieza a chillar (misma distancia con mis XM5 y XM4 con bluetooth funciona perfecto). A veces he sentido distorsión debido a insuficiencia en la transmisión del audio (los tengo configurados como priorizar calidad en vez de velocidad de transmisión) pero en realidad han sido pocas veces, no puedo decir que sea un problema regular. Por todas esas cosillas le pongo una estrella menos ya que como todo en la vida, no son perfectos. Pero en resumen, estoy conforme, los recomiendo y de hecho los compraría de nuevo si encuentro un buen descuento del 25-30%. Por el precio de lista hay que pensarlo ya que hay varias opciones.

Entiendo el propósito gamer de este producto y que en busca de calidad trae su propio dispositivo USB para vincularse con PC o PS5, pero es Bluetooth! Debería poder tener multipunto y cambiar de dispositivo fácilmente. Detalle no menor. La calidad del audio incluso en Bluetooth es muy buena, pero hay que desvincular de un dispositivo para conectarse a otro y los dispositivos móviles son USB-C, no son USB A... Luego es necesario usar Bluetooth. En fin... Para el precio es un producto que le falta detallar.

Lo compré hace un año aproximadamente. El sonido es genial y son ultra cómodos, pero tienen 2 grandes defectos: 1. El material del cobertor de la cabeza se pela muy fácilmente. Ahora estoy usándolo con una funda protectora pues me llenaba la cabeza de restos de ese cobertor. 2. Lo peor es el micrófono. La calidad es muy muy mala para un headset de esta gama, y se fue dañando con el paso del tiempo. Al principio era un sonido como interferencia, que se resolvía moviendo un poco el micro hasta que ahora ya me es imposible hacerlo funcionar. Ahora he tenido que comprar otros, pero de otra marca ya que el micro viene fijado a la base y no se puede cambiar ni reparar, a diferencia de otras marcas.

El sonido es MUY bueno pero a veces la señal se pierde un poco cuando te alejas un poco (2 o 3 metros) y tuve algunos reinicios extraños

son super comodos, se adapta muy bien a la forma de la cabeza, muy estetito, me gusta mucho que tenga ecualizador, el sonido espectacular y la carga es super rapida! super contento con este producto

connecting to bluetooth and ps5/pc is very nice. after 2 years, still working well and nothings broken. good quality. though you will need to connect it to a pc to change audio settings. default are fine though.

6 months ago I purchased a pair from Best buy. The microphone stopped working in month 5 due to a design flaw in the moldable boom. Then the padding cover comes loose on the crown of the headset. I wouldn't recommend these headphones there are better quality for the same money.

I bought this for my 15 year old son for Christmas and after 2 weeks of use the microphone started having issues. There is static so bad coming through the person on the receiving end and coming threw the speakers. This makes the headset useless since he playes with friends 95% of the time and can no longer use the mic.

I bought these thinking that it was going to be good but for the price that they were. I was wrong although the sound they are good, not the best but good and not for that price now this is my third pair that I have to send back because the built of these headphones are trash. I’ve had three pairs going onto fourth within a year and owning them. The speakers were fine at one of them. My mic went out, but they need to really really fix this. I had to buy an extended warranty because of knowing how bad the housing of those speakers are Sure that will be the last time I buy these pairs because they’re all better things out there. I hate to say this about them or write this review about them, but it’s the d. truth.

Soy muy picky con el sonido y estos audífonos me sorprendieron mucho. El sonido es increíble y su noise cancelling bastante bueno. Funcionan unxluso muy bien en su función Bluetooth.

I bought this in February, the design is top notch and the sound is fantastic. My main complaint is the battery life on mine is already very short with the sound cutting in and out regularly now, Hopefully I can find a replacement to get back to normal.

I bought these headphones 1 year ago and I can honestly say these headphones are fantastic! Extremely comfortable and in fact deliver sound quality. While I play Black Ops 6, I have my headphones connected to my Bluetooth on my XPERIA 1V. I highly recommend these headphones to anyone! I just downloaded the software to utilize the headset with my Laptop. Awesome software! The cushions on the headphones are GREAT QUALITY! I wipe mines down every now and then with Antibacterial Pledge Multisurface Cleaner Spray. Plus they look Fly!

Los audifonos son lo que esperas por el precio, buena calidad de audio, ergonomicos y comodos y los materiales se sienten de calidad, sin embargo, en el tema de la garantia es muy corto el periodo de 6 meses, yo use los audifonos 2 semanas y luego los guarde en su caja en un ambiente fresco, meses despues los saque para prestarselos a mi pareja, y conmigo presente, dejamos los audifonos en un sostenedor para audifonos, y cuando amanecimos la tela de la parte acolchada para la cabeza se habia desprendido, sin embargo debido a que estabamos en examenes fuimos luego de 3 semanas al servicio tecnico autorizado de sony, sin embargo se nos dijo que "esto ya lo vimos muchas veces, no para asi, solo cuando se le hace fuerza", sin embargo como repito, se dejo los audifonos en el parante y despertamos encontrandolo asi, pese a eso se envio a que sony lo revise y respondieron que ya habia pasado el periodo de garantia, que para mi desconocimiento era de solo 6 meses, y tampoco tenian los repuestos para reparalo, en esas 3 semanas que pasaron se desprendio toda la zona acolchada de arriba que supuestamente segun el tecnico "estaba sujeto con grapas y no se podia desprender sin algun golpe" y para colmo la tela que cubria la parte acolchada se empezo a desgastar y hacer huecos, mi pareja tenia planeado comprar los mismos audifonos pero la verdad es que esta experiencia nos desanima bastante, para mi fue sorprendente el hecho de que un producto de este precio y gama no tenga garantia de almenos 1 año, se compro febrero 27 y se envio a garantia 23 de octubre

De calidad de sonido son muy buenos, pero el microfono que tienen incorporado son de lo peor
